Common requests
- Where's my order? Check the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email first. If it hasn't moved for 10 days, email us.
- Return or refund: email us with your order number and "Return" in the subject line. Don't send items back before we reply with instructions. See our Refund Policy.
- Damaged, faulty or wrong item: email us a photo or short video, and we'll send a free replacement or a full refund.
- Change or cancel an order: email us as soon as possible. Orders that haven't shipped yet can be changed or cancelled.
