These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply when you browse our store or buy from us. They're written to be clear and fair, so please take a few minutes to read them. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms, together with our Shipping Policy, Refund Policy and Privacy Policy, which are part of these Terms.

1. About us

This store is operated by Futrilo, Porządzie 143, 07-205 Rząśnik, Poland (email: kontakt.futrilo@gmail.com). Our store runs on Shopify. When you buy from this store, your contract is with Futrilo, not with Shopify.

2. Who can buy

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. Our products are for personal and household use and are not for resale.

3. Orders

  • When you click "Pay now", you're making an offer to buy the items in your cart at the price shown.
  • Your contract with us is formed when we send you an order confirmation email.
  • We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable, the price was clearly displayed in error, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel after you've paid, we refund you in full.
  • Please check your order and shipping address before paying. Changes and cancellations are possible only until your order ships (see our Refund Policy).

4. Prices and payment

  • All prices are in US dollars (USD).
  • Shipping to the US is free, and import duties are included. If applicable sales tax applies, it's shown at checkout before you pay.
  • The price you pay is the price shown at checkout when you place your order.
  • We accept major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers, and we never store your full card details.
  • Your card is charged when you place your order.

5. Shipping and delivery

Orders are processed within 3–4 days and usually arrive 9–12 days after you order. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Ownership of the products and risk of loss pass to you when the order is delivered to the address you gave us. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.

6. Returns, refunds and add-ons

Every order comes with our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee. Damaged or faulty items are replaced or refunded at no cost to you. The optional add-ons (90-Day Warranty, Shipping Protection and Priority Handling) are described in full in our Refund Policy, and those terms apply when you choose them.

7. Product use and safety

  • The Heartbeat Puppy is a comfort plush for dogs. It's not a medical device or a veterinary treatment, and it isn't intended to diagnose, treat or cure any condition. Every dog is different and results vary. If your dog shows severe anxiety, stress or behavioral problems, please talk to your veterinarian or a certified behaviorist.
  • It's a cuddle companion, not a chew toy. Supervise your dog when first introducing it, and regularly check the plush for damage. If it's torn, remove the heartbeat module and stop using it until it's repaired or replaced.
  • The heartbeat module and its batteries must stay inside the closed pocket. Keep loose batteries and the module out of reach of pets and children. If you suspect your dog has swallowed a battery or part of the module, contact a veterinarian immediately.
  • Remove the heartbeat module before washing the cover.

8. Product information

We do our best to describe and show our products accurately. Colors may look slightly different on your screen, and product photos and videos may include styled or illustrative content. If you receive an item that doesn't match its description, our Refund Policy covers it.

9. Warranties

We stand behind our products: if your item arrives damaged or faulty, we'll replace or refund it (see our Refund Policy), and you can extend cover for the heartbeat module with the optional 90-Day Warranty. Except as stated in these Terms and our policies, and to the extent permitted by law, products are provided without other express warranties. Nothing in these Terms limits any implied warranties or other rights that, under the law that applies to you, cannot be excluded.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses. This doesn't limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that can't be limited by law.

11. Intellectual property

All content on this store, including text, images, videos, the Futrilo name and logo, is owned by Futrilo or used with permission. You may not copy or use it for commercial purposes without our written consent.

12. Acceptable use

Please use our store lawfully. Don't attempt fraud, interfere with the site's security, or use bots or scrapers to access it.

13. Governing law and disputes

If you have a problem, please contact us first at kontakt.futrilo@gmail.com. Most issues can be solved quickly by email. These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland. However, if you're a consumer, this doesn't take away any protection you have under the mandatory consumer protection laws of the state where you live, and you can bring claims in the courts where you live where that law allows it.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect when you place your order applies to that order.
